What is the barrier performance?
OTR < 0.1 cc/m²/day, WVTR < 0.1 g/m²/day with intact foil layer. Effectively total barrier — limited only by seal integrity.
Can you make ESD / anti-static bags for electronics?
Yes — PET (anti-static) / AL / CPE structure, surface resistivity 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω/sq. Used for ICs, PCBs, and sensitive components.
Stand-up pouch or flat?
Stand-up gives shelf presence with bottom gusset (preferred for retail coffee, supplements). Flat / 3-side is lower cost (good for B2B, samples).
What about pinhole risk?
We use 7–9 μm aluminum foil (thicker than standard 6 μm) and 100% pinhole-test the lamination. Pinhole rate < 0.5 / m².
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 3 tons per structure + artwork. Plate fees apply for gravure, amortized over repeat orders.
