Standard press zipper: 200+ cycles. Slider zipper: 500+ cycles. Designed for repeat consumer use.
Do you offer high-barrier (oxygen / moisture) structures?
Yes — PET / AL / PE or PA / EVOH / PE laminate gives oxygen barrier needed for snacks, coffee, pet food. We supply OTR / WVTR data on request.
Can you do digital print for low MOQ?
Yes — digital print works from 50 kg per artwork. Higher cost per unit than gravure, but no plate fee. Good for product launches and limited runs.
Stand-up pouch or flat pouch?
Stand-up gives shelf presence — preferred for retail snacks, coffee, pet food. Flat pouch is lower cost — good for accessories, samples, household storage.
What is the MOQ per artwork?
Gravure: 3 tons per artwork. Digital: 50 kg per artwork. Plate fees apply for gravure, amortized over repeat orders.
