Smooth or embossed bags — which do I need?
Smooth bags need a chamber vacuum machine. Embossed (channel) bags work with external suction machines (FoodSaver-style). Tell us your machine type.
Can you do retort-grade bags?
Yes — PET / AL / PA / CPP retort laminate withstands 121 °C / 30 min sterilization. Used for ready-meals, military rations, pet food.
What barrier performance do you offer?
OTR < 50 cc/m²/day standard, < 5 cc/m²/day with foil layer. WVTR < 5 g/m²/day. Send your shelf-life target and we recommend structure.
Do you supply pre-cut bags or rolls?
Both. Pre-cut bags ship in cartons of 1000–2000 pcs. Rolls (for cut-to-length on customer side) ship in cartons of 6 rolls.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 3 tons per structure + size combination. Multiple sizes can be consolidated within one container.
