Hand-roll or machine-roll — which do I need?
Hand-roll fits 17–23 μm with 500 mm width for manual wrapping; machine-roll runs 20–35 μm at 500–2000 mm for automated stretch wrappers. Tell us your wrapper model and we recommend gauge + length.
Do you offer pre-stretched film?
Yes — pre-stretched at 250–300% reduces gauge to 8–12 μm finished while keeping holding force. Saves up to 40% film weight per pallet.
Can you tint the film black or colored?
Yes. Black, opaque white, blue, or custom tints. Useful for load privacy and dock identification.
What is the MOQ?
Standard MOQ is 14 tons. Mixed-spec containers (different gauges or widths) can be consolidated into one shipment.
How is it packed for export?
Each roll on a paper core, shrink-wrapped, then carton-packed and palletized. 20'GP fits ~14 tons, 40'HQ fits ~26 tons.
